I am also a so-called “switchers”. Years, I was a windows (power) user and am very impressed by Apple. The preparation and the quality of this notebook is excellent. You get used very quickly on the slightly different interface and find a way around after several minutes without problems.

There are also lots of free opensource programs for Mac and Leopard, for example, burn, or Adium.  You can also choose a type of compatibility mode, which should therefore work on most – older – DVD. <- Alternatives to iDVD (is) for Leopard

Who would not want to give up MSN or ICQ, which can easily recommend Adium. With the application you have a multi-messenger which, at least on the Mac, offers almost everything one needs switcher. I say – almost – everything, because the program does not, unfortunately, still and video. I use these features in any case no, and if, then there is an even Skype and iChat for the Mac, however, I hope some of these functions are added by later update. <- Alternative (for iChat as well) for Leopard.

As I said, these are just two small examples, there are heaps more stuff out there.

Gaming:

The only thing that really bothers me is the fact that we can expect the device, unfortunately, nothing great in terms of play. Intel GMA X3100 integrated graphics on board is a joke. Surfing, work, watch movies, etc. is more than enough, but for sports games, even with older DX8 games, it is unfortunately not sufficient. An example is running: World of Warcraft on minimum settings (everything just goes straight to the bottom), then with 15-20fps (if it is not happening). Who wants to play, it would be better for MacBook Pro or try to grasp the new MacBook.

Sounding:

Clear and good sound. The built-in speaker can be turned up loud enough. Of course we can not expect any bass or similar to such a small part. You have to be satisfied with the height – is sufficient for all time on the road. House can be connected without further its shown.

Keyboard:

Great for small hands and fingers, and very chic. For larger hands and fingers sausage …. hehe …. a bit ‘bulky.

Program Installer:

Program for the most part simply calls the appropriate program in the Applications folder – Done. However, there are exceptional cases where it may be necessary to install something that is very rare. To remove or delete an application or program that is usually just delete the application in the Applications folder – Done.

Overall I’m very happy with the small part. Regarding the issue with the games I have, fortunately, have xbox 360 here, but everyone else might want something for video editing, or those who want something advanced where I can put the MacBook Pro to the heart.
I think that most feel when you first see or meet with a Mac.
