The laptop easily fits in the case and closing the zipper pulls the case snug. The zipper is heavy duty and operates smoothly. The side pouch is a nice addition and will accommodate cables, a mouse, the Apple remote, etc. I'm quite pleased with its appearance, function and price. Good value. The laptop has been nice and safe in it. Been on an airplane without taking the MacBook out of the sleeve through security a bunch of times, so that seems to work. I can be a little rough with the cases but there's not a single mark on it. And the fabric inside to protect the notebook from the zipper seems to work well. Also if I recall this sleeve was modestly priced, which is nice.
