This will not install itself. This film will take about an hour to install properly, but will add so much life and enjoyment to your screen. Do some research before you start installing it, but here are a couple tips...
1. Clean screen thoroughly using water and a lint free cloth (I use diluted rubbing alcohol because it works great and l have never had a problem with it, but Apple says no).
2. Place the laptop so that its open and the back of the screen is resting on a soft surface, and the keyboard is in the air (so you can apply pressure during application without fear of breaking the hinge).
3. DO NOT peel the back off the protector all at once, but rather start with a corner, and as you stick it to the screen peel more and more off the backing.
4. Take your time and deal with any bubbles by going over each small section you just applied with a credit card to remove them before continuing. Also try to make sure that the corners are going to align correctly before you get too far along, if only a small section is stuck to the screen, it is possible to rotate it slightly.
5. If you own an iPod or iPhone, buy one of these for that for practice, you won't regret it. |

About a month ago I gave a huge scratch to my lenovo Idapad, and was trying to get rid of it, I ve tried some scrath removers but they only remove the scrath like 50%, so I ve decided to try this protector, now that is on, you cant even seen the scratch. It is very transparent, you wont even notice. I only made one mistake, because i took it off afeter the first time i put it on the screen and some dust particles beneath it but you have to make sure the enviroment its superclean. I highly recommend this protector its very nice, it protects and hides scratches. Apply it with credit card to avoid leaving some bubbles and if you see a couple of bubbles leave it as it is because with time they will disappear. It is reusable, and washable, trust me I ve tried it.
Very good product the only thing you need is patience to put it.

| Bought for 2010 macbook pro 15 in. This screen guard will leave small air bubbles, but almost all screen guards of this kind will do that. Once you turn the screen on you cant see them anyways. I rather have a 3 bubbles than a scratch on my $3,000 macbook. packaging was great, only thing i would say is that the guard didn't cover my ENTIRE screen. Basically, it was about 2 millimeters small |

Like other users had experienced, there is tiny air bubbles. However, they are not visible when the computer is on.
Just follow the directions you will be fine. I can definitely tell the differences |

| stuff works good. you just gotta make sure ur screen is very very clean b4 you install the screen guard. will protect the value of your computer |
